West End Training has many years experience of delivering training courses and we have a strong national and international reputation spreading across many continents with some impressive names on our client list.

It is recognised that certain topics that we deliver require group interaction and these topics would not suit a screen-based system. However, the topics that are available from this site are suited to a screen-based delivery system.

You will interact with the programmes on this site in two ways. Firstly you will need to answer specific questions for which there are set answers. Secondly you will also be able to input ideas, based on the questions posed, for you to think wider than the issues that may only be specific to your place of work. These types of questions will not have set answers, but you will be able to print your comments for you to reflect on any changes you might like to implement in the work place, after the course has been completed.
